Who we are

Insight Central is a business-to-business research agency, primarily focused on the EMEA Information and Communications Technology (ICT) market, with a fresh approach to providing value to our customers.

Insight Central was founded by Damian Glover, previously head of technology, media and telecoms research at FreshMinds (MRS Research Agency of the Year 2006 & 2007) and with more than nine years' operational and consulting experience within telecoms, digital media and banking IT. Our approach combines a passion for research with a commitment to measurable results that lead directly to revenue growth and/or cost reduction.

What we do

We offer a full service capability, from consulting with you to define project objectives and scope to data collection, analysis and reporting. Research methodologies in our toolkit include market sizing, profiling, segmentation, competitive intelligence, new product development and channel evaluation.

Once we've gathered and analysed the required information, we'll provide you with customised tools, reports and programs to inform your marketing, business development and strategic decision-making.

How we do it

We're commercial thinkers who are passionate about investigating niche markets and uncovering high-impact insights for our clients. A key attribute is our ability to hold informed, peer level conversations with senior business and technical people in order to build up a detailed and accurate picture of market activity and customer need.

All projects are designed and managed from our London office. Fieldwork is conducted by analysts living and working within the research territories whenever possible. Our rigorous analyst selection process and standardised project management methodology ensure collection of high-quality, consistent and comparable data in all research territories.
